Our mission is to provide fast, reliable, streamlined funding options for borrowers, and develop long-term partnerships with investors and brokers.
Loans terms are typically as follows:
- $50K–$2M
- 6-months to 2-years, occasionally up to 3-years
- 6-months to 2-years, occasionally up to 3-years
- Business purpose loans–some exceptions for loans ≤ 12-months
- Loan fees are typically 2% + 1 point to the referral source (you), so 3% total.
- Rate is 12%, interest-only, or 1%/month
- No pre-payment penalty after 6-months
- ≤ 70% LTV, however, we can wrap or cross collateralize a second property if needed
- We generally require either an appraisal or BPO
